Every year of growth it becomes more clear to me what the value of consistency is. It surprises me how much better I became with things I kept doing no matter how slow the progress seemed. And sometimes I'm pained to see the things I gave up on because I didn't have the audacity to keep going because I dismissed what I thought were insignificant improvements that were likely not visible at the time.
